Storm Bow price depends on the requirement, but clean max dmg ones should go for 10k+, maybe more if lower req.

That axe has some nice mods. Since the axe itself sucks it's pretty obvious you need to expert salvage it. Here's the pricing on mods.

That chart really helps. In relation to the axe your right its a pile of shite (mainly because I wrote it in a hurry whilst at work) so below is what it should of said:
